It has been a crazy year to say the least, but it’s even crazier to think that 2017 is almost over! That means it’s time to party, Chicago! Where will you be when the clock strikes midnight? Crystal Gardens is here to remind the country that New York isn’t the only city in the New Year’s game. Boasting views of Lake Michigan and the entire Chicago skyline, Crystal Gardens offers the best access to midnight fireworks displays in the country! Starting at 9 PM, there will be a red carpet entry, more than 20 premium liquor bars throughout the space, a midnight toast, and (of course) plenty of space to celebrate. They’re hosting “A Night in Disguise” starting at 9 PM, so bring your friends and enjoy a night of mystery and celebration. If you choose to “Unmask the New Year” with Fremont, general admission tickets include premium top shelf drinks, passed hors d’oeuvres, a champagne fountain, and a complimentary toast at midnight! You can also bring a larger group and book tables either downstairs or on the second floor in their lounge area.

Want to take your New Year’s date night up a notch? We present, the romance of The Robey! You can start your evening with a delicious dinner at Cafe Robey, then head up to either of their two rooftop bars for your final cocktails of 2017. The hotel is offering a special four-course NYE menu at Cafe Robey that includes Seared Foie Gras, a New York Strip Steak, Mousse au Chocolate, and more. Add on wine pairings with each course to make the meal extra special! If you’re coming in from out of town, driving from the suburbs, or just don’t want to flag a cab down after midnight, booking a room is necessary.

Celebrate the New Year at one of Chicago’s most buzzed-about steakhouses, Prime & Provisions. They will be offering guests a specialty menu and dessert served à la carte in addition to their full menu, so everyone can dine in style. The off-menu items will include Lobster Bisque, Beef Wellington, Dover Sole, and French Silk Pie for dessert. Pair any menu item with wine or Champagne recommended by DineAmic Group’s corporate sommelier, Adam Sweders. They take service to another level at Prime & Provisions, so your last meal of 2017 will everything you imagined.

No matter the time of year, The Signature Room at The John Hancock Center is a must-visit destination for Chicago locals and visitors alike. However, on New Year’s Eve, there are even more reasons to ascend into the clouds. The restaurant will be offering a set holiday menu including Pumpkin Gnocchi, Seared Scallops, and White Chocolate Raspberry Truffles. Add even more elegance by opting for their five-course menu, which includes additional soup and salad courses, along with a wider variety of menu items, including Roasted Lamb Chops and Lobster Bisque. No matter which menu you choose, you can know with certainty that this will be a New Year’s Eve you’ll never forget.
