Apple Hot Toddy

In a hot toddy glass, add 1-1/4 ounces Catchers Rye, 1/2 ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, and 1/2 ounce Spiced Syrup*. Mix and top with Autumn Apple Tea. Garnish with rosemary sprig weighed down with a cherry, cinnamon stick, and orange peel. This drink is just as much about the presentation as it is the taste!
*Spiced SyrupStart with a 2:2 ratio of Turbinado sugar to water. Add two whole nutmegs, 1/4 cups cloves, and 2 cinnamon sticks. Add 1/4 cups of allspice berries and 1 vanilla stick. Let all of this simmer for 30 minutes, then strain out the solids and cool.
