“Your Guide to Mixology” at Staytion Bar on Wednesday
Staytion Market & Bar {1 West Wacker Drive; 773.969.5200} is shaking things up this week with a special mixology class on Wednesday, April 20 from 5-7pm. “Your Guide to Mixology” will feature a special demo and tasting by Staytion’s head mixologist, where you can learn how to make the bar’s signature Market Mule, a 1941 classic Moscow Mule refreshed with cucumber vodka and fresh mint.
Also be sure to try Staytion’s special punch made with all local and seasonal ingredients. Once it’s ready, the delicious drink is served complimentary. Cheers!

Saturday Beer Brunch at Public House
A typical brunch usually includes people enjoying classic dishes like Eggs Benedict or parfait, but Public House {400 North State Street; 312.265.1240} is taking a different route this Saturday, April 23 with a unique brunch experience (and a boozy twist!)
Teaming up with Green Flash Brewing, Executive Chef Jeremy Tannehill has created a five-course brunch and beer pairing. Expect both sweet and savory items in this booze-filled menu including Sweet and Sour Cherry Danish paired with a Natura Morta Cherry, and Pork Mole Chilaquiles paired with a Dia De Los Serranos Double Stout.
