Spiaggia {980 North Michigan Avenue, 2nd Floor, Suite 1, Chicago; 312.280.2750}
The Michelin-rated restaurant has the perfect Chicago date night atmosphere, including two-storied windows overlooking Lake Michigan. The menus for the night also represent Chefs Tony Mantuano and Joe Flamm’s love story with the country of Italy, and their passion for the city of Chicago. This Valentine’s Day, available one night only, they have curated a special menu, available for $240 per couple. The decadent menu includes Tonna Vitella (Bluefin Tuna tartare with a veal demi aïoli, smoked waygu powder, and capers), followed by Bucatini “1985” (Saffron semolina pasta with starlet cavier, black truffle, and local honey). Carnivores will love to dig into Bistecca Florentina (45-day dry-aged porterhouse with truffle hollandaise, rams, beef fat potatoes, and nasturtium cream) and finished with creamy Coconut Panna Cotta with kiwi and grapefruit. Finish with your favorite wine or cocktail for the best Valentine’s toast.

Chicago Chop House {60 West Ontario Street, Chicago; 312.787.7100}
For the ultimate ‘treat yo self’ Valentine’s Day, you need Surf & Turf from Chicago Chop House. With options like Lobster Tail, Crab Legs or any one of their amazing cuts of steak (we recommend the “Tomahawk” Ribeye or Kansas City Bone-In), palettes are sure to be pleased. This classic Chicago steakhouse is perfect for long-time loves or those celebrating a special occasion on the holiday. Add sides like Truffle Mac ‘n’ Cheese or the Chop House Potato Pancake for a true feast.

This is the perfect spot for a singles’ night out on Valentine’s Day, or for the couple who just began dating. Safehouse Chicago has exclusive Lethal Love specials available February 10 through February 17. The Lethal Love specials include a selection of Shareable Cocktails like the Recon Rendezvous, for those new agents looking to offset those first date jitters, or the Friendly Agent, for those looking to celebrate with friends and lovers alike. They also have a special (agent) Valentine’s Day menu that includes entrées like License to Kill Mac + Cheese and The MOAB, Chicago’s #1 Burger. It will make for a fun and adventurous date night on the town!
Kamehachi {various locations}
With fifty years of date nights under their belt, you can bet that Kamehachi will treat you and your special someone to a truly unforgettable evening. Start your meal with one of their cocktails or a glass of bubbly, and then create your ideal meal with their culinary team. Try house classics like the Oyster Shooter with a quail egg, scallions, ponzu or anything from their extensive, fresh Sashimi, Nigiri, and Moriawase menus. Or, cozy up around one of their warm noodle bowls, like the Nabeyaki Udon, a thick noodle soup with tempura shrimp, egg, fishcake, and chicken. Both their Old Town and suburban locations, as well as their spot in the Westin Chicago River North, are all warm and welcoming for a first or fiftieth date.
