There is no one who deserves to be more pampered than your mother. We all mean to show mom the love she deserves 24/7, 3-6-5… but it doesn’t always work out that way. Luckily, Mother’s Day is the perfect reminder to treat mom to something special! So, wrap the presents, plan the activities, and make the reservations! Mother’s Day is this Sunday, Chicago, and there is still plenty of time to plan a great day for mom! We have our favorite spots to wine, dine, and even entertain her after your meal is done this weekend. It’s time to show mom the love she deserves!

Remington’s {20 North Michigan Avenue; 312.782.6000}

Didn’t get mom her Mother’s Day present yet? Don’t worry! Remington’s is just steps away from lots of amazing Michigan Avenue shops so you can plan a whole day of shopping before your decadent dinner. Remington’s menu is varied, but every bite will be delicious! We recommend starting light with their Raw Bar, before digging into classics like a Filet Mignon or the Branzino with asparagus and lemon butter. This is perfect for the mama who knows what she likes and is going to love having it perfectly prepared.

Terzo Piano {159 East Monroe Street; 312.443.8650}

Treat mom to a special brunch featuring unique offerings with a modern twist, plus an amazing view! Terzo Piano is the perfect spot to really treat mom and make her feel special. Start with their brunch, and then head out for an afternoon at the Art Institute! Perfect for any art-loving (and foodie!) mom, you should make reservations ASAP.

The Signature Room at the 95th {875 North Michigan Avenue; 312.787.9596}

Live the high life with mom this weekend… as in 95 floors high! The Signature Room at the 95th is a Chicago classic, perfect for moms coming in from the suburbs or out of town. Their expansive buffet of starters will include fresh seafood, seasonal salads, and a prime rib carving station. From the à la carte menu, you can still order an infinite breakfast and lunch entrees including Blueberry Pancakes with Lemon Curd, Eggs Benedict and Apricot Honey Glazed Pork Loin. But save room! There’s also a dessert buffet complete with a sundae bar. Live music and (hopefully sunny) city views will make this a special occasion not to be missed.

Torali Italian-Steak {160 East Pearson Sreet, 12th Floor, Water Tower Place; 312.573.5160}

Carving stations, hot buffet, global street food, a farmer’s market stand, Torali custom creations—there is something for everyone at Torali’s Mother’s Day brunch! Work up an appetite shopping at the next door Water Tower Place, and then continue to treat your mom to Torali’s menu. We definitely recommend trying the Dry Aged Rib-Eye with Horseradish Cream, White Wine Mussels, and a tasting of every single dessert on the menu. After brunch, stay for a drink in their decadent bar or on their patio (weather pending). Talk about a perfect day!

Steadfast {Kimpton Gray Hotel, 120 West Monroe Street; 312.801.8899}

The loop’s elegant eatery offers guests a decadent brunch service, certain to give any mom a stylish dining experience. Executive Chef Ender Oktayuren’s brunch buffet offers a spread including a carving station, omelet, and chicken & waffles stations, plus a decadent sweets table. Add bottomless mimosas for an additional $14.99 to add some bubbles to the signature spread! If you still have room after brunch, you can head upstairs to one of the Kimpton Gray Hotel’s bars for an extended Sunday Funday for mom.
