The official start of football season is just around the corner, and there’s no better way to watch the game than at your favorite sports bar with friends and plenty of beer. Whatever your team of choice, there are more than enough spots in Chicago to find your crew—and lots of them offer game day specials! Read on for our top bars to head to on game day…

Joy District {112 West Hubbard Street, Chicago; 312.955.0339}: Game day or not, Parlay sports bar inside Joy District, is always a party. At Parlay, you can make a day out of Sunday football by stopping in for weekend brunch and staying for the game. Meanwhile, the less sports-inclined members of your group can head upstairs to the Joy District rooftop for city views and endless drink specials.

Public House {400 North State Street, Chicago; 312.265.1240}: You won’t have to worry about finding a place to sit in this 10,000-square-foot gastropub. With big screen TVs, delicious pub grub, and over 100 beers to pick from, Public House is the place to be even in the off season. Oh, and did we mention there’s food and drink specials offered every game day all season long?

Stop in to this remodeled speakeasy on game day and be rewarded with special deals on menu items like the Tricycle Smoked Wings tossed in the signature Roasted Garlic BBQ sauce. Pair those with the beer of the month on draft and you’re game day set up is good to go.

Celebrate America’s favorite sport with America’s favorite foods like burgers, barbecue, and all things fried. With two stories, a patio, and more TVs than you can count, there is not a bad seat in the house. Stop in on a weekend game day for beer bucket specials and $6 shots.
