In a mixing glass filled with ice, add 1-1/2 ounces Purity vodka, 1/2 ounce lime juice, 1/2 ounce simple syrup, 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice, 1/2 ounce Shrub & Company spicy ginger shrub, 1 ounce ginger beer, and 2 dashes angostura bitters. Stir and strain into a copper mug over ice.
Blood and Sand

In shaker filled with ice, combine 1 ounce Dewar’s Scotch, 1 ounce sweet vermouth, 1 ounce cherry Heering, and 1 ounce orange juice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel.

In a martini glass or Champagne flute, add 1 sugar cube, 1 dash bitters, 1 ounce Cognac, and finish with a splash of dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
