Bernie’s Lunch & Supper
Bernie’s Lunch & Supper {661 North Orleans Street, Chicago; 312.624.9892} will offer off-menu brunch specials on Easter Sunday, from 10 am-3 pm. Specials include Bernie’s Crab Cake Benedict, made with Peekytoe crab and Meyer lemon hollandaise, along with freshly baked Pistachio Old Fashioned Doughnuts. It wouldn’t be brunch without cocktails, so opt for the spring-forward The Infinnitey crafted with gin, aperitivo, marmalade, orange bitters, and lemon. Bernie’s regular brunch and brunch cocktail menu will also be available for the regulars who want their usual order.

Public House
While most of the time, Public House {400 North State Street, Chicago; 312.265.1240} is a sports bar filled with beer fanatics, turns out, this restaurant has a sweet side. Keeping with the holiday-inspired theme, Public House has done it again with a new cake shake flavor just for April: The Funny Bunny. Ciderboys Strawberry Magic beer is mixed with strawberry ice cream, fresh strawberries and everyone’s favorite spring confection, peeps. The seasonal cake shake is also topped with a lemon buttercream frosting slice, plus cotton candy, pastel M&M’s, and peanut butter cups, because … why not?

Sullivan’s Steakhouse
A classic Easter meal is never a bad idea, and you don’t get much more classic than a Chicago steakhouse. Sullivan’s Steakhouse {415 North Dearborn Street, Chicago; 312.527.3510} is offering a set three-course menu starting at 10:30 am with a wide range of options including Shrimp & Lobster Bisque to start and entrées including Hand-Carved Prime Rib and Lump Crabcake Benedict. End your meal with a toast with one of their brunch cocktails, and it will be a happy Sunday celebration indeed.

Coco Pazzo
Coco Pazzo {212 East Ohio Street, Chicago; 312.664.0212} is continuing to celebrate its 25th Anniversary by unveiling a special Easter menu. Highlights at the River North staple include mains such as Wood Oven Roasted Lamb Leg and decadent desserts like Pineapple Carpaccio with blood orange sorbetto and candied Sicilian pistachios. The specialty menu items are served alongside the daily menu of rustic Italian classics.

Sugar Factory
This one is for kids of all ages! Both of Sugar Factory’s Chicago {55 East Grand Avenue, Chicago; 312.946.2002; 5445 Park Place, Rosemont; 847.233.9010} locations will be offering an Easter brunch that includes a complimentary glass of champagne and a sweet surprise giveaway. Their famous Fried Chicken & Waffles will of course be on the menu, as well as the Sugar Factory Eggs Benedict, complete with Parmesan cheese and asparagus. Sugar Factory will also be offering a Spring Strawberry Fluff Milkshake made with strawberry ice cream, toasted marshmallow syrup, whipped cream, mini marshmallows, peeps, a candy necklace, a rainbow sour belt skewer, and a whirly pop. Sweet!
