Our favorite wine bar in the city, Bin 36 {161 North Jefferson Street, Chicago; 312.995.6560} is taking their knowledge international this week when they welcome the award-winning Ken Forrester Winery for an intimate six-course meal. Chef Shane Graybeal has created a uniquely delicious menu, including Smoked and Curried Goat Shoulder, Fresh Goat’s Milk Cheese with Red Pepper Jam, and Malva Pudding.
