The chef-driven Middle Eastern eatery is also whipping up some seriously delicious seasonal cocktails—and now you can too!
The Flowering Fox
Take a coupe glass and set it to the side. In a normal glass, combine 1-1/2 ounces of Hibiscus-infused Sneaky Fox vodka with 1/2 ounce of Banhez Mezcal. Then add 3/4 ounce each of Sumac Honey and lemon juice. Shake, then strain into the coupe glass. Give it a quick spray of rose water to mist. Garnish with magnolia petals off to the side of glass.
We Like Buzz Words
Take 1 ounce each of lime juice and cucumber juice, and add that to 1-1/2 ounces of parsley syrup. Add 1 dash of Fee Bros Celery Bitters. Then, give it a long, hard shake and finely strain it into an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with fresh ground, cracked cumin seeds and serve without a straw.
