The Kitchen {316 North Clark Street, Chicago; 312.836.1300}
It’s no surprise The Kitchen is sharing the love this Thanksgiving, given its core mission is to create a community through food. Their special Thanksgiving menu will have a bit of everything — Roasted Turkey with a Madeira and sage gravy, Delicata Squash with braised red Russian kale, chestnut and roasted mushroom dressing (aka, stuffing served outside the bird) – so you can indulge in all the traditional flavors you crave. Not feeling in a turkey mood? No worries, a limited menu of bistro favorites is also available.
Frontier {1072 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago; 773.772.4322}
First off, big claps to Frontier for offering Thanksgiving catering menus the entire month of November. This season’s holiday offerings include a 15- or 20-lb Smoked Turkey, Five-Cheese Mac, Crispy Cornbread Stuffing, a dozen buttery rolls (and much more). Get your orders in by Friday, November 22 through the website.
If you’re looking for company and holiday cheer outside the house, Frontier will also host a Thanksgiving Day Buffet for $18 during the Saints game. Get there for the 6pm kick off for both football and food.
