MAK: MODERN ASIAN KITCHEN has BOGO donuts all month!
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and many organizations have come out to support including the kitchen! A wide range of Chicago restaurants are partnering with the Lynn Sage Foundation. The Lynn Sage Foundation was founded by sisters Laura and Halee Sage after losing their mother, Lynn, to breast cancer. The group now raises over $350,000 annually to support The Lynn Sage Scholars program, funding some of our country’s most promising researchers in the field of breast cancer.
This month, The Lynn Sage Foundation is working with more than 170 restaurants to raise money for local breast cancer research. When you dine at any of their In Good Taste participating locations, donations ($1 per check or from a designated food or drink item) will benefit The Lynn Sage Scholars Program. So make your plans for the rest of the month now, and get ready to dig in for a good cause!
